Welcome to the ImpressionZ® Loyalty Rewards Program (“the Program”). By enrolling in or participating in the Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before joining or using your loyalty benefits.
1. Program Eligibility
- The Program is open to all individuals aged 18 years or older with a registered account on the official ImpressionZ® website.
- The ImpressionZ® Loyalty Rewards Program is currently available with full benefits to customers within the United Arab Emirates. International customers are welcome to participate with limited benefits, as we continue working toward expanding the full program experience globally.
- No purchase is necessary to enroll in the Program.
2. Enrollment & Tiers
- Customers are automatically enrolled into the Signature Tier upon registering an account.
- Tier status is determined by the total number of points earned over time.
- Tier upgrades are based on cumulative point milestones:
- Signature: 0–3,000 points
- Elite: 3,001–7,000 points
- VIP: 7,001–11,000 points
- Exclusive: 11,001+ points
- Once you reach a new tier, you retain your tier status even after redeeming points, for as long as your points remain valid.
3. Earning Points
- Points are earned on qualifying purchases, excluding shipping, taxes, and discounted items.
- Points are credited once the order is confirmed and shipped.
- Additional points may be earned through:
- Daily logins
- Referrals
- Special promotions and limited-time earning opportunities
- Customers must be logged into their account during checkout or activity to earn points.
- Daily login rewards are limited to 5 points/day, across all tiers.
4. Referrals
- Customers will receive 100 points for every successful referral.
- A referral is considered successful when the referred customer registers and completes their first purchase.
- There is no limit to how many friends you can refer.
5. Redemption & Value
- Points may be redeemed at checkout. Every 100 points = 1 AED.
- Points cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred, gifted, or exchanged between accounts.
- Points earned through promotions or bonuses may be subject to specific restrictions or redemption conditions.
6. Points Expiry
- All points expire 36 months after the date they were earned, unless stated otherwise.
- Expired points are automatically removed from your account and cannot be reinstated.
- Customers are responsible for monitoring their point balance and expiration dates through their loyalty dashboard.
7. Tier Benefits
Each tier comes with its own exclusive benefits, including but not limited to:
- Welcome Upgrade Bonus
- Birthday Points Bonus
- Free Delivery Thresholds (UAE only)
- Holiday & Occasion Coupons
- Referral Rewards
- Daily Login Bonuses

8. Limited-Time Earning Opportunities
- Special 24-hour earning campaigns may appear in your Loyalty Dashboard under the “Earn Points” section.
- These opportunities are time-sensitive and may only be available to specific tiers or during promotional windows.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to check their dashboard regularly to take advantage of these offers.
9. Account Management & Tier Retention
- Tier status is maintained even after points are redeemed, as long as your account is active and your remaining points are valid.
- ImpressionZ® reserves the right to adjust tier qualifications at any time.
10. Termination or Changes to the Program
- ImpressionZ® reserves the right to modify, pause, or terminate the Program, its benefits, or these terms at any time without prior notice.
- Any changes will be updated on our website and will take effect immediately.
- Points and rewards may be adjusted or revoked in cases of misuse, fraud, or account violation.
11. Privacy
Your participation in the Loyalty Rewards Program is subject to our Privacy Policy. We value your privacy and only use your personal data in accordance with our legal and ethical obligations.
